HELP PLEASE! PRINT UTILITY

Has anyone ever had to download Print Utiltiy? I went through all the help topics and it's not helping. I can't print. Could it be because I don't have a 2-way tray with legal and letter paper?

I haven't had any problems with it, and I don't have a 2 tray printer. I only use legal.

That's weird! The only thing you had to do was download print utility and it printed your docs?

I have had this problem twice. Once on an Ameriquest doc, and the other on Wells Fargo - elynx. In reading the help file, it specified a type of printer, PCL Level 4 compatible with dual paper trays. I am looking for information that another agent referred me to some time ago. If I find it, I will post it.
