Help!

Have a signing which is scheduled for tomorrow. However, borrower wants to sign tonight. Docs are dated tomorrow. The instructions to notary say th RTC must match the MTG. Anyone know what the MTG is?

MTG = Mortgage = Deed of Trust

Is my assumption correct?

That would be the mortgage.

You are correct. Call the Title Company and see if they can get the Lender to post new doc's with tonights date.

The MTG is the mortgage (deet of trust). You can not sign tonight with tommorrows date on the docs. New docs will need to be printed with today's date.

Yes, I told the borrower we could sign tomorrow at 7a.m. They are happy with that. Much easier! Thanks!
