Help fast on Trust issue

First - under signiture is John Doe, Doe Family Living Trust,indivdually and as Trustee
does he have to sign this way or just as John Doe?
second - Under signiture place it says John Doe,Trustee of the Doe Family Living Trust under trust instrument dated January xx,xxxx for the benefit of John Doe how would this be signed???
I know I needed to search but I have no time Please help.

Concerned about the advice you got here....there is no need to have the signer write all that out as a signature, for heaven's sake. Were you able to resolve this?
