Interstate Closing Services out of Florida

Just a note. Have not been paid from this company for 6 weeks, and they have no idea when they intend to pay. In addition, the accts payable manager will not respond via telephone or email. Anybody else had any better luck with them???

I did a closing for them on 4/7 and was paid on 5/14.

I did a closing for them on 4/16 and was told they pay 30 days from closing. I have not received payment as of yet. They are located in my city and I plan on doing some marketiing calls next week - if I don't receive payment by then, I will stop by their office as a friendly reminder.
