Not so much this month. The last three months (EOM) have nearly run me into the ground. I'm glad to have just six for tomorrow with docs in on all but one. I'll still have time to squeeze in one or two more tomorrow night. One of my brokers has warned me about 3-4 this Friday, though. We seem to be purchase crazy here in Florida, lately.

wow...i dont know how you guys can stay so busy. I have been doing signings for the last 2 yrs, and went full time a year ago, it have had very good months up untill last month and this month it has been unusually slow for me, Im starting to worry.

Can I ask how many signings total on average everyone does per month. I know it will be different with each area, market, etc. I would just like to see how everyones doing.

Re: Average per month

I average on a good month 20 signing from both TC's and SS's. I could average a lot more then that, but I refuse to do $50 signings unless they are overnight and in my zip code. They are flat not worth the hassel.

Parttime:

I average approximately 20 per month.
This works for me; most are on the weekends, with a couple of weeknight evenings thrown in.

I am worried, too

Hi, Brijoe

I am west of the mountains from you.

I am down around $1000/month compared to May 2004 and May 2003.

I have a large TC and lender clientele. I have called them. They say they still love me but work is slow. They say they still call me first. Some of them are HUGE nationwide TCs.

I noticed a huge drop in calls when prime hit 6% recently.

The SSs aren't even calling.

I have had no calls this month, and last month did only two, I am also starting to wonder about the premier membership, was it worth getting, doesn't seem like it........thinking I will not renew after it expires

I have a premier membership also and get called maybe once a month, and a friend of mine, , does not have a premier membership, and she averages two or three calls a week. I won't be signing up again either!!

I have Read this kind of post on many forums as to where someone will not be signing up as their phones are not ringing off the wall. If you paid $30-$40 for a premier listing some where and you only get a call or two a month times 12 months you made money from said listing as you can also write off the listing fee as advertisment on your taxes so you are really not out anything for the listing. Its just part of business

I love that kind of mentality. Business is slow so I'm going to reduce the amount of advertising I do, even on a site where I know that the business I've received has more than covered the cost of the advertisement. Not exactly the road to success.

definitely worth it, imo

Every new call that I've received (outside of a company that I've signed up with), have said that they found me on notary rotary. None of the other companies (NSA, 123, etc) have even come close.
