Is the San Francisco Bay Area one of the area's that is saturated with notaries? I recently received my commission, signed up with about 100 SS companies, however I have not yet received any calls. Any information would be greately appreciated. Thank you.

Find a notary search

You can probably answer your own question by putting your zip code in the "Find A Notary" search engine and see how many notaries are in your area. When I search my zip code and extend the radius of the search to 50 miles, I find there are 400 notaries registered here on notaryrotary.com (262 notaries within 20 miles of me). That gives me an idea as to how many notaries are in my area.

Just on this site alone

I did a search of a 50 mile radius of zip 94101 and there are 770 notaries. That sounds like some stifff competition to me. Good luck:-)

Hi

I am in the San Francisco Bay Area and although it is highly saturated, I receive many calls for assignments; I am a part-time Signing Sgent and receive approx. 3-6 calls a week.
So, although this area is highly saturated, I do receive many assignments.
The ones that I can't take, I refer other Signing Agents to the companies, so the signing is handled one way or another.

thinking about my competition/how saturated my area is, and focus on my performance when conducting a signing.
