LOAN APPLICATIONS
Has anybody had any loan appilcation closings. If so what do you charge? No notarizations, they are all local and overnighted! Thanks

We get a couple a month our charge within a 15 minute drive is $40.00. 1/2 hour round trip and 15 minutes in and out.
Should be around 10-20 pages.

I do a few a month. all within a few miles, 10-20 pages, no notorizations, all overnighted. I get $50-60 per pacakge depending on the lender.

I just did an EDOC one...
They told me they pay $75.00. I said "Great!" It was in my town and super easy. I'll take those all day long.
