I just finished a closing for this ss. They met my fee and were nice on the phone. I can't find any info. on the company. They are located in Garden Grove CA. Any info would be appreciated.

Hi Susie,

With respect to the message that you got directed to, I was the author. I was curious as to what other people's experiences were. I had not been paid at that point. The good news is they do pay (at least that was my experience), but it took several months for me too (the bad news). And I had to be a pest. It was a fairly substantial bill, even though it was only for two signings. One signing just mushroomed out of control (many trips).

But I do like Nancy. And it was good experience.

stay away they are BAD news

I have worked for them and never will agian. Nancy is the processor at People's but she also apparently co-owns or works for Le's. They paid me promptly on the first signing the second one was months later and then the 3rd one because I would not ignore homestead rights Nancy was furious and would not pay me. I insisted the wife be present (and she was ONLY because I insisted or would not sign the loan) and after I sent the documents back Nancy would not pay me because I "upset" the borrower by insisting his wife be present. Mind you I also made 2 trips for this appt because I left the first time when the wife was not present. She is not a very nice person when you disagree with her and I also think what she is doing is a tad bit unethical. I do not think People's know she is sending the loans she processes to her own signing company.
