My All Around signings update
For anyone who has been amused by this saga, it's still not over. I was paid for 1 of the 4 signings he owed me, got that check about 2 weeks ago. He's been telling me that he needs to check with "Terri" who is his accountant, but only works 2 hours a day. Apparently Terri is unable to work a phone because he never actually gives me an answer, just keeps telling me he needs to check with her. Here are some excerpts from today's emails:
Him: "Terri is handling it all now. email us attn:Terri. she will be better able to help you. I don't want to deal with you anymore. your threats, cursing, and insults do not allow me to be apart of this, because I have lost it with you. you call me ignorant, but you are the one who was not on top of your finances to begin with. I'll sign the checks, like I already have and have them sent out"
Me being "not on top of my finances" is referring to the fact that I didn't contact him to follow up on a missing January payment until March 22. The fact that I shouldn't even have to be following up on payments goes completely over his head, it's somehow MY fault I haven't been paid because I should have started hounding him sooner I guess.
Me: "You've never given me any contact info for Terri. If you give me a phone number and/or email address I'd be glad to contact her."
Him: "OK. TERRI CAN BE REACHED AT THE SAME EMAIL (AS I SAID BEFORE) JUST PUT IT TO HER ATTENTION. OUR COMPUTERS WILL ROUTE IT TO HER. THANKS."
That must be quite a computer system they have there. I did forward the email to the same email address and changed the subject line to ATT. Terri. I also emailed him and reminded him that I didn't just discover the concept of email yesterday. It should be very amusing to see what, if any response I get from "Terri". I suspect her grammar and syntax will be remarkably similar to John's.

I see your point and you should be paid promptly for your services, but you really do need to consider a personality make over, with a tad of class. The swearing, curt responses and over all rude behavior is tasteless. You really are quite a smit mouth!

Whatever happened to "I will never use notary rotary again"? You're not only a moron but a liar as well apparently.
Yeah, I should really stop posting tasteless rude comments like:
"Hey Brenda... Do you read every single post and answer them? I see your name all over the place? Just wondering if you had a life? I am new and just looking for some helpful hints from time to time, and when I do, your on everyone's gig. I am sure your nice, but for some reason you seem like a know it all to me. Just wondering? "
Wait, that wasn't me who posted that, was it? I will certainly look to you for lessons on class, sweetie. Why don't you go back to simply begging for business with your posts and stop trying to think?

You are so sure of yourself, you have no clue as to who you are speaking to. This is too entertaining.

I could really care less who you are in real life. I just respond to what I see on the board, and it's not that difficult to notice the same IP address popping up over and over again.

I'm trying to figure out who would be so powerful or important that it would concern CaliNotary...any notary...in this instance.
Oh...it must be PAW-FL.
Paul?

Okay...it's not Paul...maybe it's Hugh.
Now, there is a force to be reckoned with...
But the main thing all Texas notaries should remember for tonight is this:
You can no longer wear your cheerleading outfits and perform in unladylike ways. I am very greatful that my notary friend in IL reminded me of this today before I went right out and broke the law.
(And, yes Hugh...this applies to you, too.)

What did I do? What did I miss? Sorry, I'm not into nighttime soap operas on TV, here or anywhere.
Gee, I'm still getting blamed for things. I plead innocence. (In a true sense of the word. And if you believe that, I have this wonderful bridge ... oh not interested in bridges ... well, how about some nice south Florida waterfront property? )

Brenda,
As you once told me
"I will notify you when the next 12 step program meets for Compulsive Post Correction Makers.
In the meantime, practice:
My name is Brenda. I am a compulsive post correction maker."
I think it is time for a meating(I made this mistake so I can come back later and correct it)

Hey Calinotary... I am from the Sacramento area and ran into a notary from down south... Compton I believe. Now I know that area well (I lived in PB for quite some time), this notary claims he makes $600.00 a signing!!! Could that amount be right? If so, I am moving!!!

Only $600... I make $850... Of course that's when I'm pole dancing... Come on down to San Diego... Lots of sailors... Lots of pole dancers needed.

I hear you Maggie...some things you just can't say on the boards because it becomes a piece of "history."
It was pretty funny...tee hee.

I have a hard time believing that anybody who made $600 a signing would still choose to live in Compton. Needless to say, my fees are ever so slightly less than that.
Maybe I'll take up pole dancing, I've got pretty good rhythm for a white boy.
