Need Help

I got my 1st call from Notaries Ink, but they inserted a wrong address in the notary information section from the order confirmation. What should I do? I have time zone about 3 hour between NI and my location. Also, when they called me yesterday, they told me that it should be signed on Thursday this week, but they also put today's date. Please help me out! Thank you very much! I appreciate lots.

What do you mean by wrong address? Who's address the borrower or yours?

Sorry, I mean they inserted my address wrongly.

If it's just your info thats wrong, that can be handled later.
Call the borrower if all else fails. Play coy. You may get the info from them without letting them know the problem.
Can you do it today at the listed time?

No, they have inseted a wrong address of mine so I think the documents/pkg was mailing to the wrong place. therefore, I can't do much as I think. I only got an order confirmation through email fro Nink.

Call Nink, leave message. Tell them the situation. Ask for tracking #. When you get the number you can track online or call UPS/FEDEX/DHL and track. They may be able to redirect the package to you or hold at a pickup point - don't know if there's a place near you they could hold it.

Again, check with borrower and mention the situation if necessary to confirm time - if it's tomorrow - no sweat.

You need to communicate with Notaries Ink. Tell them they have your address wrong, and perhaps they can get ahold of their courier service and re-send the pkg overnite for signing tomorrow. In any case, if it went to a different address, there's nothing you can do about it and they should be worried about someone receiving personal info like that.

If your confirmation has the courier they are using, maybe you can call and try to track it down
by giving them the originating and end address.

Out of curiosity, why on earth did you think it was better to post your question in here than to just call Notaries Ink and get it straightened out? Are you really not able to make that kind of decision on your own?

If Calinotary has this reaction to life in general. What a miserable life it must be. Seems to be the only one that is negative to wards all and every post. Those negative feelings must be eating you up inside. When I see the word HELP it never makes me want to attack. Then again I am not a negative person, would not want to live my life that way.

as you read in the original post, there is a three hour difference and he posted at 8:39 am, meanwhile losing time if there was something else that could be done and posted for any ideas on what could be done in the meantime. Maybe it didn't occur to him to track the pkg. Some of us get into a panic situation at times and don't think of every angle.
