Notary Acknowledgment page
I had a signing today, and the mortgage does not have the acknowledgment page. There is a blank page that reads "attach notary acknowledgment". Does anybody know where I can get one?

got it! thanks! Can I white out California?

I don't know PA laws. In CA we do not white out anything. We cross out and then initial the changes.

Tara - make sure you cross off the state of CA and write in PA plus the county where you did today's signing.

Since it's a blank document, I just whited out CA and wrote PA, this will still consider it an original because I copied the blank document with CA cleared and wrote in PA. Thanks again so much for your help!!!

You're welcome. Now before you accept any more signing you must get some blank forms. I bought mine online here from Notary Rotary. I think they look really professional because they have two color ink. I just hope that the CA doc I sent you has the wording necessary for PA!
