Notice of Cancellation

If I cross out the date on this doc. and write in the new date, is it o.k. for me to initial my name next to the date or do I need to have the borrower initial it? I was told that my initials are good enough and just wanted to make sure. Thank you.

I would have the borrower cross out the date and write in the new one and initial.

Re: Notice of Cancellation - Curious

Why would your name be on the Notice of RTC?

Who would tell you to inital the NRTC, assuming you are the NSA in this instance?
