Now that Luis and Korey are gone....

....what are we going to do for entertainment?

Perhaps we can tell campfire stories about signings.

Ok, me first...

One hour and a half into a signing and borrower decides he's not going to sign. Nope! He has poured over every single line of every document, signed most of them and now he decides that he doesn't want to-RTC be damned!

GRRRRR...

Melody, take it from an oldie

You really need to let Korey and the other "problems" go.

Korey is ancient history. Everything with him/her got blown way out of porportion! It's time to let his name go.

Do the board a favor and stop mentioning him. He/she/they are no longer here.

I don't post to anonymous posters, but will make an exception in this case.

I personally disagree. He is still here and posting -- just not logged in. You can pretty much tell which posts are his, too.

Re: Melody, take it from an oldie

No. Now I disagree.

If he posted without logging in then his IP address would appear and give him away. We all know that he is on the verizon network having to use IP address 70.12...... etc. Since his demise, I haven't seen any such IP.

This forum is for professionals that like to talk about there notary public expirence. To bring up Korey, Luis, etc. is to find a reason to hound someone else, or too create another unprofessional forum.

The best bet to do is not be obsessed with Korey, Luis etc. and let by gones be by gones. We should all wash our hands of it.

TIA

Re: Melody, take it from an oldie

FYI - Just a few weeks ago, Verizon changed their network structure. Most IPs on the network will now show the hub. (For example, FL's hub is Reston, VA, so an IP trace of my new IP address would show Reston, VA.) I don't know how much of the network has been or will be changed and/or effected.
