Paper size
When printing docs, would a company tell you if the docs must be printed in different size papers? I've always printed everything on legal size. I did, however had one company sent me docs in 2 separate attachments - one for letter, the other for legal size. I am assuming that printing everything on legal (unless told otherwise) is pretty much standard. Did I assume right? I heard that some county recorder offices must have DOT/Mortgage in letter size, or else there is a penalty.

In general, legal will do.
If the files come thru in several files, I view the file first. If a file is all letter size, I'll print it as letter. If it's possible ( file in PDF format ), I'll look to see if the DOT and Riders ae letter size. If they are, I'll print them letter, all the other pages go on legal.

If sent in 2 'size' pkgs, I'd assume 'use both'. But the world won't end if you use legal; they can be cut down to letter size by Title Co.
