Praises for 11th hour calls

Refi's are down from previous years. Way, way down.

That is why I was very, very happy to accept a piggyback eDoc job when I was called at 9pm by one of my beloved title companies. The signing ended at 1am.

That $250 signing made a welcome difference to my May billings. I am grateful.

Since we were up against the clock, we signed and dated first.
