Had 3 in 2 days. All were canceled. No br name, # or address. Just tied up my time & I had to call to find out they were canceled. Won't make that mistake again.

Add us to the list too!
We also had calls and signings scheduled with this company only having them call and cancel us too. What we have learned over the years is not to assume that ANY signing is guaranteed until we are sitting at the table!! We get VERY tired of companies calling and booking our company and then having the company go shopping around to try to find another notary who will do the signing cheaper. The company then calls us to say that the clients have changed their minds, or cancelled at the last minute, or that the clients have decided to reshedule and that the company will call back when it is resheduled, and a LOT of times they never call back! Sounds like a new catagory should be added to make the no-no list: " ties up notary's time while looking for a cheaper one, then cancels" ("book and switch" for short)

Prime Time deals with a very (IMHO) disorganized Title Co. in So. FL. I had decided to try them out because they met me fee. I did my fist closing for them and it really was a joke! The docs were drawn wrong, the LO said go ahead even though the lenders instructions said it would need to be re-drawn. The borrowers insisted on correcting the docs and crossing out & innitialing (brother in-law was an atty, you know how that can be) in spite of the fact that I told them doing so could jepardize the funding of the loan. Blah, blah, blah. I was paid in full for that signing & also paid to go back and have a mod. signed two days latter. I was paid timely too.
I did three more for them without any problems then, I got the signing(s) from HELL. It was EOM in March. I got to the brws home @ 10pm and found the brws to be friends of an old friend (the old family friend was @ the home that night). The brws refused to sign because the terms were not as discussed. I called PTC and left. Long story short, I was asked to go back two more times, all late night appts. and by the third appt. they signed. Well, guess what? I was paid a $50 trip fee for the two 11pm appts I went to that ended in no-signs and shorted my fee for the 3rd trip that did result in a signing. I was sent a check for the shortage but will no longer accept work from them - WAY TOO MUCH CRAP!!! I have people I will bend over backwards for that DO appreciate my hard work.

I've done three for them. All last minute signings, late at night 9:00 p.m. Fourth loan also last minute (call at 6:30, appointment asap - whenever I could get there) and was cancelled as I was pullling out of the driveway.
The loan packages weren't in the best shape, I agree with Becca, very disorganized TC. They are definitely an hour minimum closing. I would accept another one (if I had nothing better to do), however, they pay on the high end for a signing service.

I do a lot of signings with them. I love working with them as they pay very timely and meet my price. They do get quite a few cancellations (mostly at the beginning of the month), but not because they are shopping around, or at least I don't think so. They have often come to me before going on to anyone else and I find that the owner is VERY fair and considerate and will work with you to allow you to close their loans. So, although they are pretty last minute, I don't mind. Maybe if I were doing a lot more business, I would, though.
They may have a lot going on (one person told me they were working on 15 loans today and he said there were problems on all of them).
Anyway, that is my opinion.
