I'm considering relocating to Texas (I'm currently in Northern California) - how's the signing business there? I'd like some info from any of you in Texas. I'm looking to relocate to the Houston area. Thanks!

I am going to defer to this one because I have no clue what it is like outside of my area. However, it will be much different in California because in Texas you cannot do HELOCs unless you have access to a title company or a law office for closings.

I reside in the South Texas area and down here it has been slow, don't know why, but houston is a bigger city than the one i live in (for now ), everything is better in bigger cities if that helps
