SS's are booking early this month

Seems they are booking early this month. The 25th is the Hot day this month and I leave that day for TC signings only.

What do most of you do on the Hot day? first come first serve or do you block it for your best clients only.

Mike, I keep the eom for my high/fast payers. This weekend, I have 1 scheduled for Sat and another one that one that the borrower's kept pushing for Monday. I believe EOM this month is going to be brutal. I know for a fact that one of my lenders has 8 that will need to close by the 25th, hopefully this lender will have their stuff together and my docs to me by that date so I can do some careful scheduling.

yep I was contacted a couple of days ago for the 25th.
I was also told that the 25th is going to be Hell day

Please also note that June the end of the quarter. So most companies are trying to really crunch out the numbers. Just be aware that phones will be ringing off the hook.

my favorite TC sends me to mortage co. office to do a lot of closings and the manager I was talking to told me that they have to close 25 loans by Wednesday.....

I'm just going to keep my phone charged, my calendar clear fro them, and my stamp inked......

Me too, Erna. It's been nice to be so busy.

Non-loan work has been good, as well.

Back when I was a new little NSA, Ol' Roger/OH once posted "Be ready for 18 months before you start to show a profit." Maybe he knew something about the loan signing business in addition to his vast knowledge on the Ebola Monkeyman's adventures.

I just past my 1.5 years of loan signings.
