Shouldn't we charge a HAZMAT fee...?

When you get to the house, you can usually tell from the yard if you even want to go inside. Wouldn't it be nice if we could add an additional fee for unhealthy conditions.

I just got back from a signing where I was afraid to allow my arms to move from the side of my own body. The place stunk to high heaven and was utterly disgusting!! This was the epidomy of filth. Hope all of you have a more "sanitary" start to your month end! <smile>

Just dreaming of ways we can get the most out of our jobs!

Sounds like the house I was in today. The smell was terrible. I wonder if the people realize what their house smells like?

Imagine that- I work in apartments and duplexes and you should see what some people leave behind. I have some of the best bug spray, disinfectant, oven cleaner and always a box of latex gloves.I won't get in to the gross particulars, but when possible, at least ithe summer, perhaps a suggetion to go to a nearby McDonalds or if they have a picnic table outside or something? Or, take a large trash bag and latex gloves with you ( to sit on, and to wear)

LOL....good suggestion with the garbage bag. I was actually thinking of picking up one of those yellow radiation suits like you see in the movies, and just keep it in my briefcase.
