SigningAgent.com
What are your thoughts of joining, experiences (good/bad), etc. with signingagent.com through the NNA?
Thanks to all who respond

I've received about 6 calls from them in the 2 months I have been a member. I wasn't able to take the assignments for various reasons, but I did receive the calls.

Between signingagent.com and NotaryRotary I get 90% of my cold calls - calls from SS/TC I haven't worked with before.

I have received about 5-10 new signing companies calling me for a loan (during the 8 months as a member). I plan on renewing my subscription then again for next year.

I'm not a fan of NNA, and consider the site just another advertising medium. The reality is that a lot of companies DO consider it a primary hunting ground.
The past several years, I've received more calls from the site than it's cost me to use, so from that standpoint it's worth it to me.

Do you have to become a member of the NNA to sign up for this website?

Yes. In addition to joining the NNA as a notary; you also have to join as a Signing Agent.

Is there a way to see who is listed on signingagent.com in my area?

Good if you want $50 SS jobs
Terrible if you want better paying jobs.
Worse than terrible if you only want TC / lender jobs.
Good if you are just getting started and need the experience.
Dump 'em as soon as you are done with SSs.
