Signing Comanies and/or Mortgage Companies

What is up with tese people? I accepted an assignment on the 26th 1st and 2nd edocs. More then enough time right. Not! Here it is 5 days later, time is getting close and still no docs. I turned down a couple of signings because I was and am waiting for the docs.

I think some companies think we have nothing better to do than wait for them.

Thanks for letting me blow steam.

I just had a company out of Ohio do the same thing for last Thursday, Accepted assignment on Wensday never did receive Doc's turned down one as to i thought i was booked. I just figured they found someone else to do it CHEAPER. Just put a note beside their name in my book.

I here ya Carole-MI. I had a closing post pone like four times Saturday(5-28-05) and when it was finally firmly set there is no HUD-1 in the package via edocs. After back and forth, postponed again for today. UInfortunately, I am too booked up to accomodate another possible postpone. I think this kinda scenario comes with the job....especially at end of month.

In any event, I still wouldn't trade the freedom and flexibility that being a SA gives me. Let's hope the beginning of June starts off with lots of signings that are smooth and obstacle free.
