Signing off a crowd of people :o)

I am going to be signing off several people from a deed of trust (which I have not done before) and then signing a single person onto another deed of trust (same appointment). My biggest concern is crowd control! Any hints?

Start at the first signature, work to the last; then stop. Really! You'll be fine.

Ask everyone for their driver licenses and work on your journal entries while they chat.

Call them to the table by name. Return the driver license after each one has given you all the signatures, prints, etc you want.

I handled a crowd of over 2 dozen this way once. Worked fine.

A can of pepper spray and a billy club should work nicely.
