Superior Signing Services
I did a search and found one bad review. Doe's anyone else have knowledge of this SS? Their website doesn't give their address or state. Their phone number is 954-364-7316.

I think you are only looking for bad news , try to do your work correctly and then ask for your money . I've seen a lot of cases when notaries made mistakes and then ask for payment , obviously if you didn't a good job you won't be paid. The problem is that you inmediately will run to this website and post some bad comments about signing or title companies
But everything not end here , another problem is that SS will be cut off thanks to this mistake
i hope all you guys understand that
thanks a lot

WHY THE ATTACK??
You certainly didn't answer the question. and on top of that the answer you gave doesn't make sense and was insulting to someone who might be a great sa.

Jeanie . . . .
Try going to www.gomobilenotary.com and putting that name in search engine. You may get better info on them there. Additonally, disregard the negative postings. Only SS get upset when people tell the truth about them . . . . mainly because they lose business which is good since they are not doing their job.
Yes some notaries do make mistakes, but if several people say that a company is bad/poor, then you can pretty much assume that there is some truth to what they are saying.
Hope this helps!

Re: Jeanie . . . .
I didn't want to be rude but last week we had a closing , notary called us for more business , we sent her one , she didn't get the papers sign well , the title company was upset and they told us do not use that notary again , We don't put any bad comments about that person., next day notary didn't check instructions from the lender , pckg was sent out to a different place , lender cutted off
i can be here all night
that way we lost some good lenders , and now we have to look for another ones.
thanks an sorry for telling the thruth

Charles if your . .
. . spelling and grammer skills is anything like how you run your business, no wonder you need to look for new business. No one said notaries are perfect, but SS aren't either. And we as notaries make this publicly known. Maybe you should do the same as well. What were you paying the notary for the signing? And if it was $50 then you get what you paid for. Seems hard to believe that this notary did a good job before and then all of the sudden screwed up! Maybe you need to hire quality notaries and pay them quality fees, then maybe the you won't have the problems that you have.
Seems like SS get pissed off when newbies mess up, although they are the ones that hire them knowing that they may not know what they are doing. If you're not buisness savvy enough to make sure the notary you are sending out knows what s/he is doing, then that's your problem pal!

This would have so much more impact if you hadn't misspelled "grammar" and used incorrect grammar with "skills are" instead of "skills is".

How can a SS make absolutley sure that the notary is experienced and knows what they are doing? I sometimes get a call for a signing agent in an area where I don't have one in my database, or the signing agent I usually use is booked. Then I have to look for someone else. I look at their profile before I call. When I call I talk to the agent for a few minutes, I point out that the certificates must be filled out correctly according to Florida law. I mention some of the problems I have come across on the certificates, the signing agent I am talking to assures me that they know how to fill out a certificate correctly, and they are surprised that a notary would make the mistakes I point out to this signing agent. I send them a confirmation, and in the confirmation I include the 9 elements that must be on the notary certificate. All the signing agent has to do to make sure they are filling out the certificates correctly is to look at the e-mail and check the 9 elements against their certificates to make sure all 9 elements are there. Not very difficult. I even have the 9 elements posted on my message board.
So, the signing agent does the signing, and faxes me the notarized documents back. I check the notary certificate - then I call the signing agent and let them know that they need to go over them again and make sure the 9 elements are there, as they are not there on a couple of the certificates - and I always alert the signing agent to the two documents that they need to fill in the info themselves on the certificates! But they invariably miss them!
I will only allow them to do a couple more signings, and if those two signings have errors on the certificates and I have to call them, then I take them out of my database. I figure after three signings they should know how to complete the certificates (they should really know them before they do signings)
If they are error free, they go to my preferred list and I call them whenever I have a signing in their area.
BUT until the notary has worked for me it is hard to tell whether they know what they are doing, they sound competent on the phone, and they have had their commission for several years, so they should be competent!

Sylvia_FL /right on
If charles spent a little time with his nubee SA's, like you do, he would have a stable of good SA's.
It's nice to know there are SS's like you to work with people.

Charles, Gee where to start?!?!
Charles,
Gee where to start?
I was NOT "only looking for bad news" as you stated. I said I read one bad review in a search. Then I asked "Do's anyone else have knowledge of this SS?" Daily, there are threads from SA's asking if anyone has an opinion on a particular SS. I don't see owner's or employee's of these SS's replying in the unprovoked, unprofessional and unwarranted ways in which you replied.
I have not, as of this date, done a signing for your company. Your comment "try to do your work correctly" implied I was a poor signing agent. To top that you wrote "then ask for your money". ASK FOR MY MONEY? Was that a Freudian slip on your part???? If a SA performs their job "correctly" they should be paid as agreed without having to spend their valuable time making calls, sending faxes and writing letter's for past due invoices.
Your next thread was about a SA who did poor work, didn't follow directions and cost you a client. I'd say you're justified in you anger at this SA. You want to vent about if start your own post. Don't get mad at me for asking opinions from my peers on Superior Signing Services.
