Thank you to all who participated in Thread 6958!

Recently I got high praise for using a manilla envelope with a 2" x 4" label on the outside to hold the borrowers' copy of the documents. The borrowers DO appreciate having a label on the outside! The cost is pennies. The label says

Mortgage Documents for
Jane & Dick Doe
May 18, 2005

Naturally, the label also has my name and contact info.
