Thomas A. Sirianni, Esq.
I called 516-882-0346 and got through to Sirianni's company and they mailed me a check immediately.

I don't understand why you would post as anonymous to say something possitive. There are many on these boards who got stiffed from this guy. It would be more credible for one of them to make this statement.

Hey, thanks for the number! I've called every number I had and they were disconnnected, even the fax lines. I emailed to two different addresses, still no response, so I called ILS yesterday and the person answering the phone laughed when I said Thomas Sirianni. She said Susan Brown is handling those, let me transfer you. I got voice mail and left a detailed message. Haven't heard a word from her yet.

Thanks for the info. Hopefully this will work. I'm not holding my breath, but it is worth a try.

That's the phone # I listed on my criminal complaint form that I filed with the Atty. Gen. office in NY. I never got an answer or a reply for the dozens of messages I left when I called it.

Three times a day, I fax my invoice to 516-797-5300. I called the title company and they said they would look into it, but basically said not to hold my breath. My next is to contact the borrower and tell them to contact their lender for a refund on the fees as, according to the title company, Sirianni never billed them,so they have the fee for the signing.
