Do not except work from Amy Sharpton she will not pay you. I did a loan closing for her on the Saturday before Easter. She will not answer emails or phone calls from me. It is a shame I had to take time away from my family to work on a holiday weekend and I got the short end of the stick!

No it is not!

How many times do I have to explain this to you Sylvia?!?!?!?!
We pay in full when the job is done. If it doesn't close for any reason we pay trip fees.

For example............we now are even paying for the fact that the docs came out bad from the title company!!!! The title company send them to our singing agent all screwd up, and all though you see the docs in Adobe Reader before printing, my signing agent decided to print them anyways just so she can add 20$ more to her fee!

Do I believe we are being scamed! YES!
If you see the doc half way on the page......why printing it anyways?!?!?!

But no, I hate to disappoint you!!!!! whoever this "Anonymous" is....is not our singing agent!!!!

I know you said you won't say it in public because you feel that would be advertising. (I disagree with that, since you were asked to identify your company, it's not advertising.) So, would you please email me ([e-mail address]) with the name, address and URL (if you have a web site) of your signing service. I would like to add it to my database of agencies.

No this signing agent isn't from Florida. The signing agent is from michigan. I totally understand about being scammed, that is why I thought it was imoportant to pass on the information. I have been doing this for a year and I have learned the hard way. My first year was not very productive because I wasn't sure whom I could trust or do signings for. Now, I am just trying to make sure that no one else has the trouble I have had.

Good grief ...... printing bad doc's just to make extra money. Where is Amy coming from. Do I check every page while it prints?.noooooooooo. Check first few pages, they look good, I get busy with readying my self for the signing, check on printing as I go. I'm i going to print bad doc's hoping IL get extra $20.00 from an SS. Amy should not be in business, she seems to be paranoid. Don't call me Amy.EVER.

I'm just shaking my head. Amy, you are a piece of work. This has got to be one of the stupidest things I've ever read on this board, and that is saying a LOT.
