You get a package, borrowers copies are nicely seperated.

You go thru the signing and lo and behold, the borrowers have wax in their ears and sign the RTC in the "I want to cancel" box.

You go to get a fresh one from their copies and ....big red letters saying "COPY" right in the middle of the page. WHY !!!!!

Thank goodness there were seperate RTCs for borrower and co-borrower. I added her name to the one the husband signed and had her sign it.
