compressed docs

anyone ever had trouble with the edocs not printing correctly? These were compressed docs, had to download something to get them to print. My able bodied assistant (husband) did the printing, did it twice even for the copies to the bowroer and got the same result. Edocs bite.

Did you have the software installed that "reads" the docs? If not, then that is probably why.
You said your husband had to download something before they would print out.
