what is the going rate for RE signings in Mass. , also for Edocs and mileage, just curious, thanks

To conduct signings in Massachusetts you must be employed by a law firm and be under the supervision of an attorney. (Mass. Executive order 455)

You need to consult the attorney you are working for to determine what he/she is willing to pay you.

Depending on mileage, I ask for $75-100 (overnite docs) within 30 miles. I ask $100-125 for email. If the mileage is greater than 30 miles, the price generally goes up $25. For instance I am in Plymouth County, I also travel Barnstable & Bristol. Plymouth County ends up being in the lower range ($75-125), and Barnstable & Bristol higher ($100+). The others are correct, as of last year, you must be either an attorney or working under the supervisor of one.
