ok...another new experience for me...

Just got a call from a gentleman in Savannah, GA.
He is looking for a notary here to notarize his soon to be ex's papers.
He said he already had his done and is traveling to Florence, AL., tomorrow to get this done

Has anyone notarized divorce papers?
Is it the simple act of attaching an ack after verifying that she is one in the same?

I did a set. It was called marriage dissolution instead of divorce - whatever. There were only two pages to notarize. Had the certificate right on the page. Actually - there were two acknowledgment pages, one his and one hers. I guess that it is pretty common for the soon to be ex's to see the notary separately.
