for 5/17. All other docs have todays date, is this ok?

Who's the lender? depends on what the lender wants you to do....some of them might even let you change it or they'd just fax you one with the correct date because they dont want you to change it. Have you called the lender or the signing service to ask them yet?

Just be certain you are dating the documents the actual day they are signed. Always abide by the law.
