Is it advisabe to download vierwers for vmp or elx files prior to recieving assignments which require them?

I tried to download swiftview yesterday it downloaded but it would not print out the Doc's it would come up this program is not licensed never did get it to work so Hatton & ASSOC. sent it to me in pdf. Hatton & ACCSO. are wonderful people to work for.

Agree Hatton folks are first class.
Normally the viewer is offered on the email doc page when they send you the doc's. I don't know how many viewer's I have so far, but quiet a few. I can try and send you the download file if you are looking for a particular viewer Sahah.

Right now I don't need any. I do thank you for the offer. I was just thinking about it because I was filling out a contract and it asked if I had experience with .vmp. Thought I'd get a few opinions before downloading. I searched it on the boards and there's some good info here.

Personally, I down load all the viewers I can find in advance. I am very anal about being proactive. You never know when you might need one the viewer for a rush set of e-docs.
