what would you do?
Yesterday I got to the local office to close a rescheduled loan at 2 pm. The first time I went, I was there for over 3 hours while they reworked figures because of a wrong figure on the TIL found during the main closing, after I closed the second...got ok'd for a trip fee. I feel I should have been paid for the entire fee since one was closed. It was voided later.
Well apparently on the way the SS called my cell phone, I didn't hear it and when I got to the office they said it canceled. The SS did not leave a message at 1:50 to let me know it was cancelled...should I ask for a trip fee?
