Calling them at least a couple of times. They do pay but slow.

I am sending them another invoice to day then I will call to make sure they received it. Hopefully that will work.

The phone call will get you a quicker response. Ask them when they will be sending your payment and get the persons name you spoke with. There are still a few slow paying SS I work with even though I need to call to get paid. Accusigning is one of them ... they still paid within 45 days. Good luck.

I had the same problem. I called and told Steve, the owner, that I was going to file a complaint with the BBB. He said anytime I had a problem with payment just call him. The check was here in just a few days. I won't work for them again.
