I think you have to be posting on a php board in order to link tags.

Why don't you want to post the link? I want to read it!!

Link to article

I presume that you are referring to the mortgage fraud
article, which includes info as to a notary employed by a
title co, notarized a signature on a deed "signed" more than
a year following the party's death. and the theft of tens of thousands of
dollars from a mentally challenged man
although there were civil penalties,
apparently nobody has gone nor will go to jail.
And you guy are worried about sending a sample seal to a ss

go to

the link to the article is a few inches down the page

Re: Link to article

OH MY GOSH! I am in shock! I knew that mortgage fraud was on the rise, but I didn't have a clue how it all plays out. The article gave me a great deal of insight. I have signed for people that are elderly, and I make darn sure they understand what they are signing.
I hope Mr. Evans returns to his nice, cozy little cell for many, many years.

Wow what an article

It really makes you think how easy you can get caught in a sham. I know when ever I am called to the bed side of an elderly patient I have some very important questions I ask. It seems that the notaries on this board know their stuff and do the same due dilegence. It is a shame that there are people out that take advantage of of the handicapped and the aged.
