Address Certification

I have this doc in a loan package and I'm not sure if I'm supposed to sign- Certified by Closing Agent -by crossing out the Closing Agent and put Notary Public. Please let me know if I'm correct and if not, I appreciate your help. I did look for help by search but could not find an answer.

I always leave that form unsign, never a problem.

I do not sign it and have had no problems. You sign the entries where you notarize only.
