This was in my last pkg. Whom should be filling this form out?
Reads like I should - but I'm only the notary not the Settlement Agent.

Thank you Sylvia for your advice. I will follow it. It just said that each person who signed and acknowledged in writing and before me on the lenders copy of the notice of right to cancel ..... felt like they were not there to see that signature and I was. I'll seal the pkg and drop if off. Thank you again.
