Any opinions on Notary Exchange....good, bad, indifferent?

Does anyone have any opinions on Notary Exchange in La Mirada, CA?

Last posts made about this company were back in January and June. There's been no other comments about them.

If anyone has worked with them recently -- have you been paid net <35 days?
