They DO NOT pay their bills. I warn all of you hard wording signing agents or siging services, even if you are desparate - you're better off staying home that day. It will only COST YOU money to accept the closing. If all of us signing agents and services stick together and NOT accept closings from this company, maybe they will start getting desparate and pay some of the agents the thousands of dollars that is due them. They will lie to you and tell you they pay in 30 days, but you will NEVER see the money. They are the bottom dwellers of the industry. AND they have a sister company called CMS who is even worse.

Well ....... WHOEVERTHEHECKYOUARE .......... I'm as hard working as anybody, but I refuse to be hard wording at any expense!.

im sorry we are not bottom dwellers we have had alot of set backs and other problems
having a fire and the iss company not paying us makes it very difficult to get back on our feet not like you would know this
