Brain freeze- escrow

In ca on the estimated closing statement under credits it has a $ amount and to the left in description column it says balance due escrow.
Does this mean the borrower has to give me a check or is it coming out of escrow to borrower? I have only seen refunds to borrower. Thanks I know silly question thanks for the help.

Sounds like money is to be collected from borrower. Contact the loan rep if borrowers have questions. It is very important you collect funds if due.
