CITI BRANCHES

Does anyone close loans at any of the CITI branches.

I asked this question a few days ago but I guess it got lost in the SLB Signings threads Smiley
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have several branches of Citi Financial near me. Does anyone know if the branches close their own loans or use 3rd party closers? I called the branch to introduce myself and was hung up on after hearing her say "oh, not another one"........

Thanks,
Gen (WV)
I know my state is an attorney state. I also do closings at Beneficial for Irep.

TIA

isnt it illegal for you to be doing these closings?

Ive been doing closings for a long time for Irep. Why would it be illegal?

I believe if you are in an attorney only state then only an attorney can conduct a signing,
are you an attorney?

I've done a few HELOC closings at the local Citibank branches. They're a little confused when I first walk in, but I explain who I am, what I'm doing there and they always give me a vacant desk to use.

I am a new closer. Just want to know how closing work with Citi? Do they just print up loan docs and you come there and close the loan? What about fees that are charged.
Thanks
I am in nc
