Used to see quite a few of them thru NREIS, but very poor packages in my book. They instruct to sign many of their pages as a "witness" where they have included "sworn to and subscribed" above borrower's signature, with no additional notarial/jurat language. Totally blank survey affidavits. There were problems with docs probably half the time, and poor LO communication with borrowers. I'd think sooner or later someone will nail them on their inappropriate docs. I don't miss them.
