I just finished a signing for TC and saw one line on the HUD where they charged borrower $xx for "edoc & enotarization" separate from notary fee. Yes, ENOTARIZATION! Maybe it's future is near.

I believe it will come about - about the same time that computers reduce paper use in the workplace.
