Citi Financial Closings

I have several branches of Citi Financial near me. Does anyone know if the branches close their own loans or use 3rd party closers? I called the branch to introduce myself and was hung up on after hearing her say "oh, not another one"........

yes, I am aware....I also do Irep closings for beneficial.
