Citibank DOT

Now I'm confused. I just did a Citibank Heloc and the signature page of the DOT has the notorial wording, then

_________________________________
Title of Officer (Notary Public)

My Commission Expires:______________________

if grantor is a trust:_______________________________________
not personally but solely as trustee as aforesaid

by:______________________________________________________
title
ATTEST:_________________________________________________
title

My question is do I sign above title of officer or next to the by:_____________________?

I think all of the stuff under the trust part is for a trust, but now I'm second guessing myself.

TNT_CA,

Your 1st instinct is right. Unless there's a trust involved, you leave that part alone.
I've done hundreds of these, maybe over a thousand. Trust me on this..(pardon the pun).

TNT-CA,

Sorry I didn't directly answer your question...

You sign above where it says "Title of Officer" (Notary Public).
