Comfortable Closings / Any words

I did a search for these guys and nothing showed up. We usually do not take signing for companies we've never heard of but the caller was so nice and sounded desprate. We are the only SA in our area. Anyone heard of these guys.

I dont personally do signings with them but I have worked with Kim the owner for a few years now. I also schedule closings with Samantha from time to time. They are really nice people and great to work with. As far as pay, I wouldnt know because I am not a SA, I own a SS.
