Anybody know what's going on with them, in Tempe. They haven't returned calls or e-mails all day yesterday.

I don't know, I am doing Condo Conversion closings and they had screwed up everyone that I have done. They never get the documents to me on time and when they do they are so many errors. The Developer is now looking for another lender. All the buyers are going with Coutrywide because they are paying the first year of their Home Owners Association dues. Almost everyone is qualifying because if they don't qualify for Countrywide the usually qualify for Full Spectrum.

I did my first 2 for the Tempe/AZ office last Wednesday. Unless they meet my fee or I won't do them again b/c they required fax back, split the package, and I have to wait for an ok to ship docs. The 2 packages signed on Wed. didn't get ship until Saturday.
