Countrywide Docs

I do alot of e-docs and last wk I had a set from CW without a mortgage. (I posted this earlier).
Got ready to download/print another set from CW, and again.. no mortgage. Anybody else experiencing this problem?

I had a Countrywide e-doc signing last week and there was a mortgage enclosed. Maybe you should call SS/TC and let them know.

Is a mortgage required? If it is a loan modification agreement, there may not be a mortgage.

Yes, same thing happened to me last week

I got through the package and said, "Hey, I haven't notarized anything." Sure enough, the DOT was missing. Luckily, the LO was available and the borrowers had a fax machine. She faxed it and said it was her fault, not title.

I was worried that the DOT wouldn't record as it was condensed. The fax machine could only accept letter sized paper and the LO faxed it on legal. No one called me, though.

I looked through the package briefly before I left, but I guess I didn't look good enough. Those ddox packages are so small that it didn't register that something was missing :-)

Re: CW package - no RTC...

a DDOX package. RTC not listed.
Didn't catch it til at closing at 7:00. lots of luck getting an answer at that time.
In 10 page closing instructions it say loan is subject to recission.
Awaiting directions.

Oh, well.
