Dream Title Company......

I received a call this morning to do a closing this Thursday.

Title Company met my fee. Asked if I wanted them to overnight me a check prior to signing for my fee charged. I was shocked! First title company or SS to ever to ask me this. I advised her not necessary. Wait until after signing completed. After all? How could you not trust someone to pay your fee who was so willing to pay before the signing even took place.

When I got back to my office,the docs were already emailed to me.

Wow! I sure wish all of them could be like this!
