Beware!!! These people are very difficult to work with. Rude and not helpful. They wanted me to do an e-doc signing so I got right on it and spend an hour of my time. I printed out 72 pages of docs and the heart of the docs (note/deed of trust) was printing garbled. I called them to tell them to send them to me in PDF format and they refused and said "we are going to get another notary". I then told them they needed to pay me for the docs I printed and are refusing to pay me. I then sent them an invoice, so we will see if they pay me.
